This means we install, stock, service, and maintain all of our own equipment. This allows our customers to have one point of contact for all of their vending needs. Single Cup Brewers from One Source Office Refreshments are commercial grade brewers with upgraded components which can brew thousands of cups of coffee per day without breaking down.

Delivery fees are not charged for the routine servicing of all vending machines. All delivery fees are waived with the purchase of $100.00 of Coffee and Supplies.

Wawa, Starbucks, Seattle’s Best, Green Mountain, Maxwell House, Folgers and many more roasts. Whole Bean, Aribica, Fair Trade and Flavored Roasts are also available. Additionally we are a one stop shop; One Source can provide you with Cups, Creamer, Sugar, Stirrers, and bulk snacks for drop off.

At One Source Office Refreshments, our preventative maintenance program reduces service calls by over 50%. Additionally we keep one service technician on shift per route allowing service calls to be corrected within two hours, many within one hour.   Our previous vendor’s machines kept accepting money, but would not dispense product.

  All of One Source Office Refreshments machine has “Guaranteed Product Delivery” Mechanisms installed. If a product is not delivered, a full refund will be issued for the product.
